Increased thickness of insulation in cooler and freezer walls, ceilings and floors for lower electrical use
Hot water reclaim systems heated by our refrigeration system
Low head pressure refrigeration to lower electrical use
High speed automatic open doors with infrared sensors
Production room waste water screening to minimize sanitary sewer impact
50 YR TPO white roof that lowered building heat load by 50F on summer days
Converting all refrigeration systems to Ammonia for lower operating costs and better efficiency and eliminate chlorofluorocarbons.
100% facility CCTV camera system for off sight access to allow leadership staff to telecommute when needed.
Office paper recycling system and Corrugated compact recycling system
We are currently working to put together the largest privately owned and operated Roof-Mounted Solar Array in the Portland Metro Area.
Placed variable frequency drives on all refrigeration coils to minimize fan speed as needed from 100% to OFF
Upgraded all office lights to lower power T-12
Plastic packaging recycling system
Grease separation and recovery system to remove BOD and TSS from cleanup affluent prior to entering the public sewer system.
Converted all exterior night lighting to LED from mercury vapor and now all lights run on 1- 30amp draw circuit covering a 4acre building site with approx 30 lights
Placed VFD Drives on ammonia screw compressors
Replaced all production lights from mercury vapor to low draw fluorescent T-12
Installed computer control center for all refrigeration with off sight control access and monitoring
Replaced all freezer and cooler lights from mercury vapor to low draw florescent T-12
